Beyond amazing! They provide instructions and product for DIY pool care and also provide on site pool care! They do a great job maintaining my pool! They are friendly and helpful! Excellent customer care! What more can you ask for! Highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible and I mean terrible. We have been trying for OVER 10 WEEKS to get our hot tub fixed! After 6 weeks they came out and took off a pump... Have not been back since then. We have called at least once a week..same lies and excuses. Either... We will call you back with when we can get there...or...it is our busy time of the year. Beyond frustrated as they can not even give a day we would be on their schedule for them to bring back our pump! Absolutely terrible way to approach customers and business in general. Save yourselves the aggravation and find another company that actually cares about customers.

Had some questions on a pool heater I'm thinking about purchasing for our pool. Spoke to Chris, very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about what questions I had to ask. Sue and her son Chris run a very reputable business here and I appreciate his honesty on my inquiries! Thanks Chris.

We have been buying supplies from Outdoor Oasis for 4 years. However, this year we were in need of maintenance on our filter. We called and were told numerous times they would be here “the end of this week or beginning of next”...for over 3 straight weeks....and they STILL have not came or contacted. To even have communication, we had to contact them over and over; and were told the same thing. There were no follow-up calls from them whatsoever. We will not be doing business with them anymore.

I would not recommend this business to anybody called for hot tub repair. The lady said she would have Chris call me he never called me back. I called back a week later and talk to Chris he said he never got the message that a big problem when you have a business. He said he would come that week never come. I called back and talk to a lady and asked way and she hung up on me. Very bad way to do a business.
