I only write reviews for extremely good or extremely bad place/services because I appreciate when others do the same. That's how I typically choose a service and is why I am leaving this review. We contracted Outdoor Space Builders to replace and expand a rotting DIY deck one of the previous owners must've built. Joe came out to our house the next day after we contacted them (I think through Google). We were very impressed with his knowledge on decking. He gave us an estimate that night. It included different options for our budget like type of decking, railing, other specialized things, etc. We had been suffering with the old deck for 18 years, so we wanted it as good as we could afford. We heard about Joe from Outdoor Space Builders from our daughter and Son-in-Law. They contracted with him to do their deck, which came out awesome. From the moment we met Joe, we were impressed by him. He was personable, friendly and very knowledgable about his craft. He took the time to explain the value of TimberTech decks and the many options to select from. Once the Job started, Joe and his crew (Eric & Eddie), showed up promptly each morning They were friendly, courteous and took the time to answer any questions we had during the project. When the project was finished, they cleaned everything up.The guys were great! We had never seen a deck like ours. Outdoor Space Builders completed a new deck project for us this year. We upgraded to a larger deck and used composite decking materials that are build to last. Don, Joe and their team did a great job. From the permit process to the time of completion, it was a pleasure to work with them. We also appreciated the little extra craftsmanship that was added to make our deck beautiful!! I would strongly recommend them for future projects.
