Great company to work with. They dealt with my insurance company on my behalf for a roof claim after some hail storms. They were very responsive and met with me multiple times to go over estimate and the roof options available. My roof turned out great and would highly recommend working with them.

We are very happy to report that we recently had our roof and gutters replaced by Caleb Chapman and his company Outdoors Unique after hail damage. We couldn't be more pleased with the work and especially the tremendous customer service we received through out the process. This is a classic example of a customer-centric company and we wouldn't to hesitate to recommend them to any of our friends or anyone for that matter.

Outdoors Unique company was very professional and their service was top notch. They performed our roof inspection, provided the results and walked us through the entire process from beginning to end. The individuals who performed both the roof replace and gutter replacement did a great job. We had no issues and were keep in the loop during the entire replacement process. If you need a roof repair, replacement or assessment I would highly recommend them.

Outdoors Unique replaced my roof in 2020. I must say I was truly satisfied with their service & professionalism until things went completely wrong!! So, why did I still give them a 5? Well, the owner called me directly to provide the most amazing customer service I’ve ever experienced. It wasn’t even the roof I complained about. They did an AMAZING job on my roof, and even handled my insurance company like a charm. It was a small promise a salesman made that he did not deliver on, which ticked me off. But, I can say the owner made it right. He personally reached out and came to my home to ensure this small deed was completed in accordance with our agreement. Outdoors Unique is the professional roofing company you need! I cannot say enough good things about Caleb Chapman and his amazing team. My parents (who are in their 70's) had a leak that drained into the master closet in their home. Caleb came out to meet them and immediately made them feel at ease and comfortable with the process of inspecting their roof for damage, explaining how the insurance works, etc. They did not have enough damage (yet) to have the roof replaced, but his team was able to patch the leak and prevent any further damage as well as repair the damage caused.
