The work he did was okay but he never finished the job and kept making excuses as to why he couldn't come back. The only 5 star reviews for your business are from you and your wife. Take more pride in your work- some of the grout lines look awful and now I will have to fix them myself. You also told me you would nail up baseboards and quarter round and never did. It's been 2 weeks. Im disappointed but I've given up on you coming back. Good luck to you.
They did an awesome job! One of the guys recently came from another flooring company and the teamwork between him and the owner is remarkable. I love my new floors!! Thanks guys!!
