They were called on Monday. They made appt for Weds from 7 -12 & never showed. We called & they made new appt. for 1:00 -5 & never showed. We called again. No answer. We called American Home Shield & complained. We are in a fourth floor condo & both have health issues. It was 88 today. We would never recommend this company to anyone. We have wasted a whole day waiting for them & they have yet to show.

I contacted Mr Waddell on a Saturday when the outside temp was 90+ and the AC was out. He was able to work me in his schedule that day. He is highly skilled and experienced. His price was more than fair as well. Very trustworthy and competent. Highly recommend him. Great experience.

We have used Outlaw Mechanical Heating and Air several occasions and have found Mr. Waddill to be prompt and always efficient. We have had to call him out after hours and he always comes thru.

Should not be in business any longer , he doesn't have any license to do any of the work that he used to do. Plus owes a lot of money that he doped up people's money.
