I should have learned when I was charged over $2500 for a water heater replacement a year ago. Most recently they (two people always show) replaced a toilet flap (which I feel didn't need replacement) for $185 (he wasn't in the house 5 minutes). So much for trying to buy local. I expressed extreme dissatisfaction at the pricing. Maybe I'm behind the times but, probably feeling some guilt they later returned with my check and told me to never call again. So much for buying local from a theoretically Christian business and neighbor. Caveat emptor for sure with this provider.

Very courteous and kind father and son plumbers. Good at what they did for my bathroom plumbing. Price less than could have been, and were at my house very soon after I called. Will call them in the future anytime I need a plumber. Very pleased.

Live in McIntosh county and was not get response from other service providers in neighboring county. Very quick response to septic system situation. Courteous and professional team. Pumped out tank quickly and completed the job in a very short time
