We couldn't have been happier with the process of working with Jake and his very competent crew. The work went smoothly, the crew very workmanlike. They worked hard and finished right on time. The grounds were cleaned quickly, the old material removed that day. The roof looks wonderful. I would highly recommend Overcott Exteriors and Jake as a reliable, honest and very competent.

We have nothing but great things to say about Jake from Jake Overcott Exteriors. We called Jake to get a quote for our roof. He worked around our busy schedule to come evaluate our roof. Jake had a quote to us that night. His quote was very comparable to other roofing companies. I called Jake on Tuesday to inform him more damage happen to our roof in a storm. Jake had everything ordered to start our roof on Friday. Our roof was done that day and looked amazing! Jake also found our insurance company didn't include things they should have. Jake used bate and switch tactics on me. He said the job would be done by Sept 1, and in Jan it still was not complete. He put a door in the contract and then charged me $1000 extra for a door. The drip edge around the home is obviously bent and does not meet at the peak, I put it on a punch list and it was never fixed. 3 window wraps are gouged and scratched and one is clearly painted over, they too were on the first punch list. The step flashing is so bad I need to send you a picture to fully explain. He covered a rotted fascia board and now its leaking thru the soffit. I sent him a second punch list on 4-1-19, 10 months after starting the project and it took 46 days for him to reply. He is threatening to lien the home and sue my son unless we pay him in full, he also made several other
