Absolutely a great company!! I contacted Kevin at Overhead Door in this awful weather and they were so quick to respond. Dawson came out and repaired my garage door quickly.. Everyone was so caring and professional!! Thank you for going above and beyond.

I stopped by Overhead Door yesterday, probably a little after 12:30, because my garage door was stuck, would go up or down. I knew a cable was off and the said they would be there a little bit later same afternoon. Their technician called about 3:30 and said they would be here by 4 and they were. I heard the truck in the driveway, so I put on my shoes went out and they were almost finished. They made an adjustment to the opener and done. I was once again very happy with the service that Overhead Garage Door provided. I have used them in the past and they continue to hit the mark every time. They came the same day that I called and were quick to repair my door. The technicians were very knowledgeable and answered a few questions I had about routine maintenance of the door. Once again I am very pleased with the service they provided and I would highly recommend this company.

Our garage door opener broke and I called Overhead to check on availability to repair/ replace. They were friendly, available in short time, and completed the work efficiently. The technician cleaned up all trash and broken parts after completing installation of the new opener, and the price I was quoted over the phone is the price I paid after service was completed. Job well done!

The torsion spring on one of our garage doors broke. It's a very old garage door system, but was still working fine, so I called Overhead Door of BG to see if they would repair it. The person I spoke with said she would get the request to their scheduling department to get back to me. A few hours later, a team showed up at our home to repair it! The repair price was very reasonable, I thought. Only "complaint" was that they showed up for repair before I spoke with them again, and before I'd had a chance to let my wife know. But, I did miss a couple of calls while at work shortly after I made the original call; I'm assuming that was from the company trying to schedule the repair, so that was not their fault!
