Overhead Door Company of Casper Inc

This company installed my father’s garage door. After a power outage, the opener on my dad’s Overhead Door Odyssey 1000 stopped working. Called them to come take a look at the opener they installed and they let me know (in November) that they are now scheduling for January. Maybe their service is 5 star but there is no way my 89 year old dad can wait two months to find out. If you sell it, you should be able to service it in a timely manner.

This is a terrible company. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. Their customer service is awful. The receptionist (Rachel) is very rude and hangs up on you if she gets frustrated. Can’t remember to call you back. They charged me $95 for the tech to come out for 10 mins and do nothing but look at the sticker on the door that I had to let him use my ladder for. He turned the bar that bound up the cables and broke the belt for the power head. They should be owing me $95 dollars. Do not use them they are crooks.

All I have to say is this company has went over and beyond what you would expect to make sure my door was perfect. After notifying Russ of some peeling on window frame , instead of fix I was expecting they replaced door and because of some small shipping damage they replaced again. I am completely happy with these guys and would go back when any doors windows in my house need replaced. Can't say enough good about them.

This is got to be the biggest rip off in Wyoming I had them come out to inspect a big garage door and let us know what was needed to make it safe to use they sold us doors and installed them said our existing controller was in good working order never said a word that the chain was in bad shape an in need of replacing.. door worked times and broke the old chain.they did come out to fix what they didn’t do right the first time so they came out and replaced some of the chain and then used a cotter pin to secure the chain to the door a cotter pin you can bend with your fingers instead of a proper attachment .. this is what they consider a proper ????? Unacceptable work ethic they of course ain’t willing to fix their brilliant use of cotter pins the door worked maybe five times again and pulle

Called them to fix garage door that wasn't opening. Tech said it was logic board. Paid 450$ to fix. Didn't work. Was told by tech it was RPM sensor. Paid 200$ to fix. Still didn't work. Told by these guys now I would have to pay 1000$ for new unit. Was told it was my responsibility to decide in the first place whether or not to fix vs replace. Was not told it was not fixable and that I would take a 600$ gamble. Was told by Rachel in the office that this is how the "industry works". After trying to work out a resolution Rachel basically blew us off saying "they would no longer be able to serve our garage door needs". These guys do not stand by their service nor do they care about customer service. In the end I paid them 600$ for a broken garage door and they essentially fired me as a custom
