Overhead Door Company of Central Missouri

We’ve been using Overhead Door Company for many years. They continue to provide us with excellent service. It’s easy to use the online scheduling system and I almost always able to find times that are convenient for me. Our technician, Doug, was actually early to our appointment calling to let me know when he would arrive. He listened to all my concerns, spent an appropriate amount of time addressing those concerns and fixed our problem. He was great and I highly recommend Doug and The Overhead Door Company.

It was the only business that was available next day service in a very cold and snow day. The technician called me before the hours I could be at home, but he agreed to go and do the job (the garage door was half open), after he finished he called me and I paid him over the phone. Really happy with the service! Fast, convenient and accurate!

Got excellent service. Called with door locked shut and they had someone there in less than 1 hour. Did an awesome job and replaced the entire garage door opener in less than two hours. Super friendly tech and nice new garage opener

Service tech was excellent! I was charged $157 dollars on the last visit, I understood I had already paid in full on the first visit. It makes me reluctant to use your business again. The second visit was necessary because you all did not have the window section we wanted in stock on the first install. We are elderly and must be vigilant and suspect when using any service. We did not appreciate someone on the phone with whom we had no prior contact telling us we owed more money. It felt like we were being scammed.

Great experience overall. Prompt response to initial broken spring which they clamped so we could still use our current door. We ordered a new door and it was delivered in the timeframe discussed and expertly installed and corrected issues with the previous installation. Highly recommend!
