Excellent service! Mike, the technician arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend their services for all of your garage door needs.

The automatic mechanism on our garage door stopped working. I called Overhead Door Company of Greater Erie and they had someone out to fix it within 20 minutes. Mike Thomas was our technician, who identified the problem immediately, explained it to us, and fixed it in a timely manner. He also happened to notice that our other garage door was missing an important bolt, and he fixed that too, for free! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Definitely recommend this company.

Joe was great to work with and happy with the quality of door. Just don't expect to deal with a reasonable human (or any human) after they get your money and you have a problem, even if its their fault.
