Billy came this morning to evaluate problems with our garage door. He determined the issues within a few minutes and informed me exactly what needed to be done and also the cost. I OK’d the repairs and replacements and the project was completed within 30 minutes. He fully explained the new equipment and made sure everything still worked with our garage door openers. He even lubricated the door and it sounds so much better. Billy did an excellent job and was very professional. We were well pleased with the cost of the replacement parts. I would highly recommend Overhead Door for any of your needs. They were professional, expedient, friendly, and affordable.

Overhead door provided quick and friendly service. Billy called when he was on the way and was here within the time slot they had initially told me. He took a look at our issue and ended up having to replace the entire motor and chain. He installed this quickly with no issues and everything from my car push button to the new keypad outside was set up for me before he left. I appreciated the great service!

My technician Billy handled the repair and was excellent—on time, efficient, and clearly very experienced. He had the door fixed and balanced in about 20 minutes and took time to explain maintenance.
