Took over 4 weeks to get my garage door spring replaced properly from start to finish. Wrong parts installed , forgot to order the correct spring, replaced parts I didn’t need, then installed spring they had all along. And I payed them. Never again.

Truck driver on 93s driving in restricted 3rd lane about 2ft from an elderly women's bumper laying on his air horn for at least 2 full minutes. Flashing high beams. Women was going approximately 70mph. The elderly women was horrified. I will never use this company. It's a shame that an aggressive driver can spoil a companies reputation.

had a white/red decal lettered truck riding my bumper going 45 in a 30 through main st in fremont nh on 9/5 at about 3p. He stopped when we passed a cruiser however so i’m led to believe he’s not completely brain dead. I assume he can’t really install much of anything if he can’t read road signs tho! Good luck & hopefully you can hire people who don’t make you look terrible in the future based on driving!

Worst experience. Called to have a quote for new door. Simply put, they send a tech to repair a door when the request was for a measurement for quote new door. Receive an invoice for work never requested. Mike the manager was unprofessional the minute he came on phone. In a email group he was the only one who never replied or chimed a response. 4months or so later I get an invoice again with finance charges. Reported to BBB. Needless to say after what I think a business smart manager would do, accept their mistake and eat the loss, 5mo later they send another invoice with finance charges. What business has such accounting practice let alone poor customer service. I Refuse to pay for their mistake and would never ever recommend this business.

Might wanna check out who’s driving your vehicles in Hooksett. Driver of your truck was tailgating me off the highway exit during a rain storm today. Then tried to swerve by me into the right lane before he was supposed to merge and almost rear ended another car and had to slam on his brakes. Bad look in the company truck.
