Had these folks come out for routine maintenance on my ornery garage door. Turns out it was halfway broken. Who'd have guessed being half broken makes things malfunction? Anyway, the gentleman that came out to do maintenance let me know what needed doing to set it right, and he had it done quickly, and properly. My garage door now operates smoothly, with no horrific, nigh cataclysmic sounds to be heard. I'd absolutely use OD again, and highly recommend them to anyone on the fence about giving them a call.
