Do not use them for residential garage doors and openers. They installed a new opener 3.5 years ago and its been problem after problem. The most recent was last week - remotes and keypad stopped working. I googled and did all the things and finally called for. Technician to come out. They came the next day which I thought was great until it was clear they only worked on business doors - they were nice but had zero clue. They googled, called friends and spent an hour to tell me I needed a new motor board…2nd one in under 2 years. They charged me $351 for the service call in which they googled. It was free for me to do the same. They still haven’t called with the quote but the last time this happened it took me calling daily for them to actually order it and install it. Over a month
