The two technicians sent out to repair my completely fouled garage door were exceptional. They immediately got to work without complaint or delay, and returned the door,which I thought was totaled, to perfect working condition in twenty minutes. Experts in their field of work - impressive!

Most incredible customer service in helping me get the right replacement door remotes. Made sure to wait u til I arrived at the office, gave easy to understand instructions on how to set up the new remotes. And, were clear to tell me to call them if I had ANY problems. It’s not often these days you’re treated like you w been doing business somewhere your whole life. I wish it was a business I could use in a regular basis! Worth every single penny…and more.

Beware... they never told me there would be a charge to evaluate my broken garage door. They showed up, spent maybe 5 minutes, told me they couldn't fix it, left, and then charged me $135 for doing nothing. I would not recommend them for any repairs. Your response is not accurate. I said I was charged $135. I tried to accommodate you by agreeing to pay half. I should not have paid that. You never informed me that there would be a charge for the first visit. The second visit was to make measurements and give an estimate. Had your techs actually done their job the first time, you would not have had to come the second time. I would be happy to edit/retract my posts if you refund the $67.50.

I have never been treated as poorly as I have been by this company. My first appointment was for 3/29 in the afternoon. When nobody showed up by 4:30, I called and left a message. Shortly after, Craig called me back to tell me they had had an emergency and when could they come again. I said that the only time I had on Monday was between 2:00 and 3:15. He immediately said they could make that. Monday morning as I was taking my mother to the doctor around 10, I got a call from one of the service techs telling me that they were at my house. I explained that they were to come between 2 and 3:15. He said that they had an emergency so they just decided to come.
