Terrible experience. Made an appointment for 4/15 and they called and changed it to 4/17 so we changed a couple of appointments in order to be home all day. They were supposed to call before they came that day. No one called and no one came. Still haven’t heard anything. Would recommend not doing business with them.

Horrible service. I called for an appointment. Lady on the phone took my info, said someone would call me back. No call for 3 days...3 days!!! Just got a call, said I would see a tech in another 3 days. I told them to forget it. Door fixed by someone else. Lousy customer service. I would never ever use this company...ever!!!!

There was an issue after a spring replacement but the technician handle it just fine everything works great looks great very happy

Our garage door openers were starting to inform the remote controls. Wouldn't get the signal after about 25'. Because Overhead Door Company provided us with excellent same day service when a door spring broke after 21 years of service we didn't bother calling around getting estimates. We had them come out, called Friday afternoon appointment scheduled for Monday. Ordered 2 openers by phone and they were installed Thursday morning using all new hardware. We got high quality very quiet ones with hidden chains that open from the end of a 100' drive. Might have been able to buy cheaper but then again they probably would be cheap ones. The installers were friendly, got right to work and were respectful of our property.

Overhead door company is a joke. After spending 12k on doors with them on a job in Huntsville they have stood me up 3 times on a job site an hour away . Today I waited from 8am-5pm and headed home... Someone who sounded like his parents were siblings called me at 6:30 pm saying he could be there in 30 minutes.. Of course I couldn't there by then and he told me in his slack jawed drawl that it would have to be rescheduled for a 4th time for who knows when... If you want professional people don't use this company!! I had a much better experience with Shannon Door company out of Harrison.
