Overall the installation went well. The two installers that Overhead Door Company had installing my garage door and opener was friendly and seemed to be well informed on the work they came to do. There is one thing that separates a good job and an awesome job is paying attention to detail. Im including a picture of the rail support hanger. It's about 1 inch from being straight. It could have been installed stright up and down and it would have looked more professional. Thanks for calling and offering to strengthen the hanger but I had already taken care of it. We have never been more pleased. My husband is a hard worker and hard to impress and he was very impressed! Greg and Jason did a fantastic job. Very professional and Greg is maticulous and went above and beyond. We had a horrible experience a few days prior from another company wanting to charge us $1400 for same service! Overhead is definitely who to go with for garage door repair and replacement. We will also be visiting the showroom to look at the wraps Greg mentioned. Kuddos to both Greg and Jason job well done!!!!

What a wonderful experience! Jason was quick to respond to our call and evaluate what we needed. He was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. He gave us a variety of information and his recommendation in order to make an informed decision, without trying to upsell his products. Two days later on Christmas Eve, he showed up as scheduled and replaced the motor. He even offered to reprogram our current garage openers so we didn’t have to buy new ones. There were no surprises except how quiet our garage door opens now. I highly recommend Overhead Door. They have always proven worthy of our business.

Every experience I’ve had with Overhead Door has been positive. I had an appointment for between 10 and noon today and Josh called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived at the time he had stated. He was friendly and professional and told me what he would be doing. He completed the job quickly and took the time to make sure the door had a good seal at the bottom which it hadn’t had before. I appreciate Josh’s efforts to ensure my complete satisfaction with the work he did.

Kenny and Jr did a great job! They were both very knowledgeable about replacing the spring. They answered all my questions about how to maintain and lubricate the door properly. Thank you for coming to fix my door so quickly!
