Had technician Mike come out to the house and diagnosed my issue and made proper repairs as needed. He is a true professional in the field. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I highly recommend!

I paid $330.00 to have this company to fix the reason I have hold down the button to get the door to go completely closed. Despite the cost, I still have the same problem and I feel ripped off and they say they can come back out, at no charge, UNLESS they have to do something new. I am afraid that it's just an excuse to charge me more. I wouldn't even give them one star except the tech was personable.

We scheduled an appointment with Overhead to fix my 88-year-old Mother's garage door. I tried all the online fixes but it ended up being above my pay grade. My Mom just called me to tell me how nice Mike was, that they were very fair with the pricing ... and the job was completed in less than 30 minutes. Thank you, Mike, for taking good care of my Mom and not taking advantage of an elderly person.

We had our first service call with Overhead Door of Orlando. The tech Mike was great. Said it was a simple problem he could fix on a 25 year old unit without trying to sell us anything new. He also fixed the wireless fobs and showed us how to maintain the door going forward.
