They have a new worker by the name of Josh. This guy was fast, efficient and knowledgeable! He installed a Chamberlin garage door opener for me. The cool thing about it is, the garage door is quieter when he left then it was before he came. He really done an excellent job. Jim that answered the phone was easy to deal with. Prompt and courteous! Thank You!

Displeased with inefficient of owners son and lack of knowledge of residential doors per him he said he usually only did commercial and was there because the gentleman he usually worked with was off. Second young man was wonderful took 2.5 hours to install parts. I was charged for first young man the owners son 5.5 hours of labor he couldn’t figure out why door catching that’s what took most of time he also didn’t arrive at stated time but charged for it. Last thing he did was put w-d40 on spring problem fixed. Main reason I’m giving this bad review is because after talking to owner he was very rude over phone. It is one thing to charge excessive hours on top of a service call it’s another to be rude to a customer. Parts were 142.00 labor charges were almost 6 times the parts. Beware of th

Actually awful! Would never use again. If i ever have to seen the the owner again i would rather a garage door crush me than have to deal with him. Fun thing is, they charge by the hour, so their 2.5 hour job can stretch into 7 hours. Heaven forbid they’d clean up the mess they make, cause guess what bud not only does one have to pay obscure prices and hidden fees, but also need to clean up these slobs make in your garage! If i can give them negative stars, i will and think nothing of it. Service sucked, owner sucked! i would rather deal with a broken garage door all my life then have these incompetent losers even breath the same air as me!

The owner is a very great person and so are the co workers. Garage doors are not easy. If they were they would have never called. Done me excellent and still do

They want to charge $170 just for an estimate then charge for the parts and $80 an hour.
