Overhead Door Company of Puget Sound - Sumner Branch

One of the torsion springs on our garage door broke last night. I read reviews of many door companies in the area and chose Overhead Door Company of Puget Sound—Sumner Branch. I called them at 7:30 this morning when they opened. They scheduled a technician to arrive by noon. The technician, Willis, called at 10:30 and said he had finished a job early and could come over. He arrived at 11:00 a.m. He replaced both torsion springs, balanced the door tension, and was finished by noon. I watched and asked questions throughout and he was pleasant and helpful in answering all my questions. They emailed me an invoice a few hours later, with a link to easily pay it online. The cost seemed reasonable to me based on the work done. I recommend them and would use them again.

Overhead Door did a great job in replacing a damaged/ warped garage door section. The door is over 30 years old, they were able to find a replacement section and installed it. Will call them again on future needs.

Mike and Willis are awesome and did an excellent job. They showed up, analyzed the problem and went straight to work. Very professional with a great sense of humor. We are truly grateful.

The Overhead Door folks were responsive when I found myself with a broken spring on Father's Day morning (Sunday/weekend) with both cars trapped in the garage. They were preparing to send someone out (at crazy emergency hourly rates: $280/hr!) until I found a way of opening the door to extricate the cars. When I let them know it was no longer an emergency, they were flexible and retracted the service call, which we rescheduled for a weekday (the next day). So I appreciate their flexibility and timely response and service. Matt and Willis (as I recall) seemed professional and efficient as they made the repairs. My only concern/complaint is that I was never given an estimate for the job (beyond the emergency hourly rates, which did not apply to the weekday service), so I suspect I will be sh

Had Overhead Door Company come out and replace the torsion spring on our garage door. Marla scheduled us the same morning! Mike and Anthony were extremely professional and the repair was completed quickly and with amazing attention to detail. Would highly recommend to friends/neighbors in need of garage door repair or replacement!
