Overhead Doors technician Cameron did an outstanding job replacing the counterbalance springs on my garage door. He arrived on time and was very respectful and engaging throughout the visit. Cameron clearly explained what he was repairing and took the time to walk me through detailed preventative maintenance steps to help keep the moving components of my garage door in excellent operating condition. I can't even begin to explain how happy me and my wife are with the work that Cameron did when he came to service an issue on our garage door. If I hadn't have been here I would have sworn that he replaced the whole thing it's like we have a brand new garage door. His attention to detail was fantastic and he was willing to explain to me so that I could understand the functions and maintenance.... Cameron is knowledgeable, honest, helpful, and just as sweet as can be! He took the time to explain what needed to be done — and what didn’t. After he installed the new parts we needed, he demonstrated how to work the new system and even showed me how to do some routine maintenance that would help the older pieces that didn’t need to be replaced last a whole lot longer. Cameron came to do a check after having some work done in the garage and was very thorough in his inspection and in doing some routine maintenance. Even changed out the bulbs for me. Super polite and he left me feeling more comfortable that our doors were in good operating shape.
