Although I purchased my garage door from a local garage door company a few years ago, it started not working properly and finally stopped closing or opening. My friend recommended the Overhead Door Company of Virginia and although I was concerned about the distance, the Overhead service specialist promptly came to my home in WV. He identified the motor arm, the nuts and bolts, sensor issues, track placement, vert, backhangs, etc, etc. causing the garage door failure. As a disabled vet, with a chair lift, mobility ramp, etc. I contemplated alternative care until the garage door was fixed so truly appreciated Overhead's prompt repair assistance and the garage door now working perfectly.

We had a graduation party planned and our opener stopped working. Made a call and within a couple of hours they had someone there replacing the opener. Tech took the time to setup 3 vehicle openers and program several remotes, he even helped me set up my online account. Excellent customer service! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Service tech was professional and efficient. Came to site same day and repaired multiple issues with 2 garage doors that had operators. Invoice was very reasonable. Thanks again.

Overhead Door made the process of repairing our broken garage door spring easy. They gave me a quote over the phone, told me when we could expect the service call (same day), and the name of the service technician (Stanley). He did a thorough and professional job, and the door is working better than ever a week later. We would definitely use their services again.
