I had technician Scott Case out to work on my garage door and he did a fantastic job. The whole process was efficient from start to finish. I was able to easily book an appointment on the website. When he arrived I told him the issue I was having and then he also did an inspection of the door overall, which was good as there was more to be done than I thought! He fixed the elbow that attaches to door to the rail, replaced the end rollers, replaced my old rusty cables with new ones to ensure safety, and put the Safe-T-Beams back in line at the bottom. Overall, very happy to have called Overhead Door and thankful for Scott’s knowledge and skills to fix my door.

Scott Case did a great job installing replacement springs, motor, sensors (basically everything but the door and the tracks). He explained all the options, and was not “pushy” at all. He got it all done in under 2 hours, including even programming the remotes in both cars as well as the outside keypad. Everything works wonderfully (and is unbelievably QUIET compared to the 2007 equipment). Very happy to have Scott do the service call.

This was as pleasant experience for having someone install a garage door that you could have. The technician, Kevin Schmidt, showed up within the estimated promised arrival time. He began by describing his understanding of my expectations and describing the installation process. After he received my agreement, he gave me an estimate of how long it would take to complete the installation. Of course I realized that the time estimate was dependent on many things that may be out of Kevin's control, but he was able to finish within the estimated time. He took plenty of time to walk through all of the programming and thoroughly explained how all of the accessories. The installation is beautiful, quiet and well sealed against the elements.
