Biggest waste of $110 i ever spent on "lubricated doors". 0 out of 5. I called Overhead Garage of Tulsa bc they were at the top of Google results, looked locally owned and reputable who came out for a service call today to look at one of our garage door overhead openers. My husband and I suspected the motor might be bad, so we ordered a replacement on Amazon in advance just in case it cant be fixed. It arrives this eve. The service guy came to our house, was here for about 10 mins to look it over and determine there was nothing AT ALL he could do. He had no spare remotes he could sell me (one of my issues is our last tenant took the garage door remotes). Couldn't install a new motor. Couldn't reprogram the side panels. Nada, zilch. Andy & Dustin arrived on time, were professional and very courteous. They knew what they were doing. They were very efficient with the layout/staging of the garage door parts and installation execution. From what I saw, Andy and Dustin work well together. I am very happy with their work and the Overhead Door product.

Have used Overhead Door for 14 years now and can honestly say i have no complaints. They have always done a great job servicing our garage door. Lately we had been having a problem with it sporadically not opening while using the remote so we called them. Making the appointment was easy and Shawn showed up at the allotted time. He was courteous, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I am happy to say the issue was fixed quickly. Will definitely continue to use Overhead Door.

Andy and Dustin did a fantastic job installing my new garage motor! They were very nice and friendly. They looked at everything to see if there were any other issues that should be taken care of. They also installed it extremely quick. I think it was less than 30 minutes.
