So grateful to Overhead employees (Jeremy, Scott and Sterling) for getting my gate back up and running. It literally fell off the hinges - it is running so smoothly now, It’s better than new. Appreciate the custom modifications OD made to strengthen the hinges (existing problem from a repair made by a previous company). You guys always do a great job and I really appreciate it. I appreciate the great communication and quality work.

Don’t think the low stars is a fluke. I’ve called this company 4 times in the last two weeks just trying to get a quote on a garage door. Not even a single attempt to call me back.

Have done business with this company for years they never fail to deliver quality products on time.

I made an appointment and waited around the house all day because no time frame was given. They were supposed to call 30 minutes before. I never got a call or a follow up call to apologize. I also pushed back a trip for a day to have the repairs done. This is not how you run a service company. It makes the customer their time is unimportant.

Service call was fast. He fixed one garage door quickly and inspected the other one. Found an issue there and fixed it too. Great guys. Great price. I highly recommend.
