Overhead Garage Doors came out this morning and repaired my garage door. The technician’s name was Bob. He had to replace the main spring that had broken. He worked diligently, was very efficient and very detailed. He had my garage door back up and running in no time. If anybody is having any issues with garage doors, I would highly recommend that you call this company ! They are excellent from start of the service call to completions of the job !! Very professional !! Thank you, Bob and Overhead Garage Doors ! I could not have asked for a better experience.

Woman who answered the phone and scheduled our house call was polite, courteous, and efficient. Repairman came to our house as scheduled. He was also courteous and efficient as well as knowledgeable and informative. He repaired our door in a couple of days after getting the necessary replacement motor. He also suggested an outside coded panel and a convenient button on the wall just inside the door. The belt he installed is much quieter and the new buttons and panel make leaving and returning with and without a garage door open so convenient. We are now updated to the 21st Century. It was a pleasant experience overall.

We had an excellent experience with Overhead Door of Wilmington from the start to finish. Our sales tech, Nate was professional, always got back to us and was very patient with us as we changed our minds several times on style and color. The two Gentlemen that installed our door were just as courteous and patient...they did a great job on the install. A++ experience! and very good pricing much better than the big box stores.

Great experience all around. Staff at the office helped more than they should have, providing various quotes, pictures, and prices to meet our needs and budget. The installer, named "D", was also extremely professional. After introducing himself, D installed two new panels on our garage door and saved us money by using our existing springs instead of ones quoted. Highly recommend this company for anything garage related!
