Overhead Door of Eureka-Arcata

First used Overhead Door a few months ago when I had a spring snap, I was lucky enough to have Technician Bob come out the next day, got the spring replaced, he serviced “both” garage doors, and educated me on the system while he performed the repair. I was very satisfied with his work. I asked about the installation of a side door garage motor yesterday, they scheduled me for an inspection this morning, Bob an Sean came by on time to inspect my layout to see if it would work, and offered to knock out the installation same day. They were a pleasure to talk to, the were professional, they did very clean work, and again I was very satisfied with the repairs and service! I recommend Overhead Door to anyone that needs garage work here locally. Thanks again!

The broken spring on the garage door was replaced. Earlier, I had an issue with their incurred charges and also with the unusual noise that the garage door made while going up and down. The management owned it and kindly took care of both. Technician Brian came back and serviced it so now the garage door goes up and down smoothly without those unusual sounds! Quick response after call to company. Team arrived within 1 1/2 hours of call. Installed complete new opener in 90 minutes. Provided complete instructions and married our automobile to the garage opener. Great guys, hard workers, good sense of humor, highly recommend.

Bob provided excellent service in a prompt and professional manner. He was fast and very helpful. He provided maintenances for 2 garage doors and a new device for a second garage door in less than 1 hour today.
