I recently had new torsion springs and rollers installed by Allan and Roscoe from Overhead Door Specialists, and the service was outstanding. My garage door was unbalanced and unsafe after the old springs failed. They scheduled promptly and responded quickly (within 30 minutes at my house). Allan and Roscoe were professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly—no pressure, just solid advice on replacing both springs for safety and longevity. Allan did a quick quote before starting and the job was done efficiently and safely with high-quality parts. The door now opens and closes smoothly and quietly. Wonderful experience. We had an unfortunate accident with our garage door and were unable to get our cars out of the garage. After a call to Emily, Jason was at our home within 30 minutes and repaired the door sufficiently so that we could remove our cars and secure the garage. First thing next morning we received a call from Alan letting us know he was on the way to assess the damage to the door and repair it completely. He showed up on time, quickly developed a work plan, and took time to communicate what needed to be done in the near term and options to consider for the future. Emily in the main office was very friendly and helpful. Communication was great and responded quickly when I reached out. Aaron came and repaired the torsion springs on our garage door. Did a general inspection and recommended some additional maintenance items which included replacing the rollers and the seal at the bottom. He said would take him about 3 hours and he was done right on time. Not sure how competitive their prices are, but will use them again and recommend to others.
