So there was a driver for this company at a stoplight today in Muskegon mi I was parked next to him and he challenged me to a rock paper scissors contest I won but it was amazing. His spirits could just tell he was a great person 100% made my day

Another great visit to Overisel Lumber and hardware. Consummate customer service keeps me coming back. Today I was looking for a special Freud router bit for an upcoming project. They didn’t have it in stock, but looked it up, found it, and they had no issue special, ordering it for me. That’s great customer service!

Great store, lots of diamondback timely and Milwaukee products, which is what we went for. Staff very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The man that helped us went out of his way to be helpful, but was in no way pushy or "too helpful."

Great place to shop. They know what they are selling. Best customer service I have had in a long time.
