Me and my boyfriend used this company to move on April 26. We received a quote after speaking to Paul (my boyfriend was a returning customer), explaining we had two moves for two 2-bedroom apartments. A third floor walk up and fifth floor elevator apartments going to a third floor walk up. Our quote was estimated for two men for eight hours for the job. When the men arrived on Friday around 11am, they immediately knew they needed more help. The workers had no idea about both third floor walk ups and thought the second stop was storage. You could see the defeat on their face when they realized this was not a small job. The workers picked up my boyfriend first, then came to my apartment, and unloaded for the final stop. Today makes 1 year since my family and I have used Overland Van Lines to relocate from Delaware to Florida, and I can't stress how disappointed we have been with their service. We submitted an invoice tally of estimated price of damaged and lost items totalling $700 back in November, and since then all communications went cold. We should've went with the moving company based in Delaware, we probably wouldn't have these issues and would have all our things with no damage! They say they can transport your belongings long distance within 10 days under 1000 miles, but from Delaware to Jacksonville it took them over 20 days. They are horrible when It comes to communicate, but when they want payment their all over you After numerous emails inquiring about our belongings, not once they apologiz

The movers (Kevin, Izzy, Edward and Manny) were excellent. Professional, courteous, organized and friendly Dealing with the company was exasperating. Some of it brought on by my failure to investigate my cap with zelle (large purchases with venmo prior were smooth). So I will own those issues. They missed pick up promise time by over 6 hours and lied to me 3 times when I inquired about it. Delivery time changed several times but in the end they were within an hour of original stated time. I was inclined to give a lower review but I didn't want that to reflect on the excellence of the movers. Give them a 5. Give the company a 2. Round it up to a gift rating of 4. Just be careful with the office. If their lips are moving or their fingers are typing, run it through your BS meter

This company socks big time. Please don't use them. They picked our belongings up on 7/6/22 and told us that we would have our stuff 3-5 days later. Hit my Huband w/ extra 1500. 00 after they boxed up and moved everything to the Truck..NOPE.. We received our stuff on 7/22 after my Husband lefted numerous bad reviews and BBB basically called them out. Not only did we received our stuff.. BUT. BROKEN BOXES UNTAPED BOXES( THAT MYSELF AND MOVERS TAPED UP) AND MY DRESSER BROKEN ( STILL WONT ANSWER THAT CLAIM) HAND TRUCK MISSING OTHER BELONGINGS MISSING .. They contracted another company to bring our stuff to Florida. Uugghh. I want to know ..WHEN WILL MY DRESSER BE REPLACED...
