What a great experience buying from this company. Purchased a high efficiency boiler here and at first was a little concerned about "sounds to good to be true" price. This was shipped right out and I received it within 2 days but unfortunately, it was the wrong model. A call to them and they shipped out the correct one the same day with instructions on how to ship the 1st unit back. Again, we had an issue as this boiler was obviously damaged in transit. Another call to them and this time the owner offered to personally drive the new unit to us. They are in NJ and we live in upstate NY. I was shocked to hear that they would do that and after some discussion, I offered to meet them halfway as we were going to visit family and halfway was on our route. I ordered an AC Coil on Friday and it showed up on Sunday! The coil is a new, old stock, coil which arrived in perfect condition, packaged in the original unopened packaging but the entire unit was re-packaged with extra padding and reinforced corners. This coil arrived in the same, brand new, pristine condition that it was originally packaged in. I simply can't give a good enough review based on my personal experience with my order. I would not hesitate to order from here again and this company has been added to my favorites list for future purchases that I might need. Absolutely thrilled with how quick this coil arrived and nice it is!
