I’m a resident of a community they’ve been working in. Their work is very sloppy. They replaced our roofs and left rusted nails all over our grass area. One went through my foot and the workers stood and stared at me as I yelled in pain from a nail on the sidewalk. Their workers spoke no English and offered no help as they watched me rip the nail out of my shoe and foot. Then they started replacing the stairs in our neighborhood and used different sized boards, uneven boards, left nails sticking up which I went and hammered down for my neighbors, and wobbly boards. The stairs they replaced are now shaky, uneven, and pose a threat to upstairs neighbors with small children due to the nails, staples, and boards they used. Great work. Very good communication with Josue, the owner. Three years after replacing my roof, I had a broken tile and reached out to Josue to request a quote to fix it. He sent out his team and took care of it immediately, for free!
