Brandon Forbes did an exceptional job of addressing the problems we were having with our outdoor fireplace. We appreciate his expertise and ability to quickly and efficiently address our issues. Would highly recommend Brandon and Owen‘s Chimney Systems for repair in the future.

Daniel was the technician who came to our home. He was very professional and very thorough. He explained everything he did and cleaned our fireplace so well it looked brand new. He gave us reassurance that everything was in working order and we were safe to use our fireplace. Everything from the person who booked our appointment to questions I had before the day of service was handled with excellence. I would highly recommend Owen's Chimney Systems.

When we called for an appointment, the staff was very efficient, polite and good-natured. We were given an appointment fairly quickly which we greatly appreciated, and that happened. Today when Brandon came to the house to service the fireplace. He assessed the situation and told me what he thought the problem was but also mentioned a worst case scenario which fortunately did not come to pass. We were very happy with the results and very impressed by both Owens, and by Brandon in particular. Thanks for doing a great job:)
