How the hell you don’t want drivers in their cab but don’t have anywhere for them to sit and wait. Then wanna tell the drivers it’s a truck lounge on the other side of the plant.

Typical shipper wasn't that busy. The forklift driver did ask me to help him pull the slips between the pallets to hurry up the loading process. you have a 20 minute securement grace period after you're loaded, paperwork was handed to me as soon as loading was complete. just a normal shipper, nothing special about it.

Hate it!! Dude, you'll be here all day. They'll reschedule your load without telling you, then tell your broker to "SHOVE IT" There's 2 two separate loading spots for 18 wheelers on opposite sides of the facility. And you're going pullup to the wrong one!! Then be stuck in line an hour before you can get out and get to the correct spot. Hate it!!!!

This place is nightmare of Dry Vans. I hope they will improve their working environment. I see they load 30-40 flatbeds at a time of loading or unloading of 1 dry van. Dry Van go to 500 E pioneer dr. to check in I am saving your 3 hours , believe me.

Came here for a pickup with a 53ft step deck trailer. Our trailer toolbox got damaged and fell off because of the location. Not safe for big trailers — be careful.
