Nicki and Jonathan were outstanding in every way possible. They patiently worked with us as we decided on color, pattern and layout for custom area rugs throughout the main section of our home. They shared their thoughts on what would work best in our home without overwhelming us. And the quality of the carpet is top notch! Their professionalism and quality of work was matched by their friendliness. They even came with treats for our puppy Cooper! Jim and I highly recommend them!!

John and his team are absolutely wonderful. He met with my wife and I and went over many options. Gave us better quality for less money. He was punctual, respectful and followed through with his word on installation and timing. Would not go anywhere else for carpet needs. Highly recommend! We had new wool carpet installed today from Owens Custom Carpet. The installers moved our furniture in our bedroom and moved it back after installing this beautiful wool carpet. They were right on time in the morning, very clean and so courteous . They are very professional in every way. I highly recommend them.

I travel bye the shop twice a day almost every day of my life. Vero Beach has a small town and sometimes I forget that there are a little places and things I don't always know of. Today I stopped in and I met the owner. He was extremely kind polite and attentive to my needs. He provided me with a very large free sample so that I can take at home and compare it to the rest of the rooms in my house to ensure I like the color of the carpet. I also have cats and I wanted to use small remnants to repair parts of the scratching post that the cats had worn away. The owner was nice enough not just to provide me with the pieces I needed but he didn't charge me for it and even explained how to install it so the cats would be safe clawing at it. I would recommend anybody that wants individual service
