We got to know Owings Brothers very well in 2025. They designed and remodeled an entire five bedroom family home all the way down to studs. Starting with the design process, the team visited, scanned and developed several plans that we could select from. My wife and I really enjoyed having final choice-but being guided by experts in choosing materials and colors that maximized space, function and decor. When demo and construction started, we had regular communications from the Owings Brothers themselves plus the onsite PM. Everything that was on paper or renderings came to life on time and as expected. The quality of the workmanship is above reproach. The Owings Brothers Team was the absolute best. From the original design process on our kitchen renovation and bedroom/bathroom addition, we had an incredible experience. Not only did they meet or exceed every expectation, but George, the site manager and Ricky, the PM were the absolute best. They were attentive to the little details and really went the extra mile to ensure we received everything we asked for and more. I’ve been a commercial general contractor for 50 years and when my wife and I wanted a room for our grandchildren (all four under 6 years old) I only made one phone call to Joe. Price given…work done. All his guys did a great job…Tom…Rick…electricians…drywall and painting guys…flooring. Work was all done on the 2nd Floor with no interruptions to our daily lives. Don’t do much “construction related” referrals but Owings Brothers is my “go too” residential contractor when people ask my advice.
