Ox Floors

Let me start by saying, I gave Ox Flooring a chance to make things right before posting a review. I’ll begin with the positives. They were on time for initial estimate and installation of garage floor. That’s it. Those are the pros. Now the cons… They made a huge mess and left it behind. The salesman said that the floor would be dry in six hours. That is not even close to accurate. It was tacky for a full 24 hours. He also said it was low odor and would dissipate in a couple of days. It’s been several days and it still smells awful, even with doors open. The installers left a two inch gap at the threshold going into the house. After repeated voicemails and unreturned calls, finally got ahold of service staff and they scheduled today at 9:30 to come fix the gap and clean the flakes that ar

Wow. Less than 24 hours later my patio slab has gone from chipped and aging grey to an upscale floor. I have been impressed with Ox every step of the way. The initial presentation was informative and compelling...thoroughly eliminating competitors. The installation crew were professional and thorough. The lifetime guarantee was a clincher. Having now renovated my entire house, Ox stands out as one of the best contractors I have encountered. Thanks! It will be my good deed to share my experience with my neighbors.

I can’t tell you how impressed I am with this company. Zachary is the manager has been amazing. Anthony and Valente, who were the installers were professional and fast and clean and everything you would ask in a contractor to do your floors. We don’t only wanted to get our patio done, but once it was done and looks so great we had the front patio done as well. It’s really impressive. Great people! Great job! Great service! Great product!

Trevor and Alex Did a amazing job on my 1962 screen room floor! Bryan was a awesome sales rep and what he promised was delivered! Highly recommend this crew truck #4 . From the sale to finished porch coating it was a excellent experience!! Completed today December 12th 2025.

Couldn’t be more happier with the way my floor came out, the customer service since my first contact with the company was great very good communication and when I met Edgar at my house answered all my questions and I didn’t have to think twice about to make a decision. I was fast scheduled for the job not only that they were very flexible and added me for a Saturday job. The crew was very good and professional and really made my ugly floor look like a brand new garage.. hands down I’ll definitely recommend them all the questions and concerns that I had always was answered and not only that I received a call to make sure I was satisfied with the work.
