OXBOW Parking Garage at The Pearl (Winpark)

This was my first time using this garage and it will definitely be my last. The ticket machine was completely blank and didn’t work. Both gates were open with green lights, thus why the machine was blank so I assumed it was free parking—there were no signs or attendants to say otherwise. As I was walking out of the garage, I saw another driver scan a ticket and asked where they got it. They said the same lane I entered through, which had no working machine when I arrived. I panicked, worried I’d be charged $20 for a “lost ticket” I never received. I hit the call button for help—no response. No staff anywhere. To make matters worse, the gate malfunctioned twice while I was there, stuck open with green lights, and several other cars drove through assuming it was free, just like I did. Tha

I have been waiting for, no exaggeration, thirty minute to leave this garage. I haven’t even gone a full level. Only one machine is working for people to exit. I have now gone over the time into the next hour which means I am paying for the pleasure of being in purgatory. This is ridiculous. If you have an hour to burn waiting to leave then this is the place for you. Edit: it took 50 minutes from the time I was in line to leave until I paid to exit.

This place doesn't even deserve the 1 star given! Park elsewhere! I entered my phone number at the entrance, and when left all the turnstiles had an error stating "Card not enabled" Hit the help button and it calls some Indian/Pakistani call center who all were very unintelligible. I had to pay over the phone via a website, and even after paying the gate wouldn't open. I tried the other bay as asked but the call button didn't work. A site manager was to come help me out but never showed. While my mom (mobility issues) waited for me to come pick her up, I waited over an hour and eventually was able to get out at a different exit. After a wonderful day downtown this really spoiled the mood. In short, they have shotty equipment and indignant/cavalier when calling for help. PARK ELSEWH

I went tonight when everything else was busy or full. I parked for 2 hours and 50 minutes and ended up paying $5. The machines worked. I saved $9 vs parking under the bridge/freeway area.

Straight forward and parking cost wasnt bad and not a long walk to Pearl.
