Ozark Carpet & Flooring

My wife and I always try to use local businesses when possible instead of the big box stores to help boost the local economy. We chose Ozark Carpet and Flooring just for this reason. We purchased one of their best carpets with a 25 year warranty for 5 rooms plus the stairway. It took over 2 months to get the carpet, even though we were told it would be just a couple of weeks. We were ok with the delay, although we were the ones that had to check in to see what the status was on the delivery and install window. Customer service did not seem too important to them. We finally got it installed after a few months (March, 2024), and it looked great in our home. However, after just a couple of months, there was a spot on the living room carpet that was crushed and completely worn out. We tried

We love how our luxury vinyl plank flooring turned out in our basement! The business owner is very knowledgeable, and the prices are competitive. When we decided on the flooring we wanted, he was available in just a few days to measure and give us a detailed estimate. The installers were very professional. They worked fast but did a thorough job. We love the results!

It took 7 weeks to get our carpet when we were told 2. Every time we called them for an update, they would tell us “the carpet will be in mid week next week” but we were told that 4 separate times. Then when the carpet came in we set up an installation time and they didn’t show up til the next day. I love the carpet but I would highly recommend NOT working with them.

Ozark Carpet & Flooring was very helpful in choosing my flooring. Never pushy, just helpful and informative. They worked very well with my contractor, Carl Moore of More Flooring. Would highly recommend both.

I was trying to quickly get the carpet replaced in my rental home, and Keith was awesome!! Met with him on a Thursday late afternoon, selected carpet from his great available inventory, and he installed it the next day!!! He was friendly, helpful and professional and did a great job for me. The carpet looks wonderful! I was able to move in then on Saturday because of his help.
