Ozark Mountain Air

I have worked with Ozark Mountain Air for a couple of years now and I would strongly recommend them to any of my friends or family. They installed a whole new heating and AC system for us and it has been worlds better. They are exceptional to work with; the techs explain any issue so we can make informed decisions. The pricing is always fair. Lastly, they appear to be locally owned so you're not dealing with some suit that is solely about that quarter's bottom line over long-term relationship with the customer.

Great service. They came out the same I day and called and worked very hard to get the repair done as quick as possible with the pending cold weather. Ken Smith would be proud.

I have been using Ozark Mountain Air for a couple of years and have yet to be disappointed. Honest and direct service that keeps you aware of your system, highly recommend. Nathan helped me deal with a capacitor that was fried and got me up in running in the heat of summer. The man was a life saver!

After speaking with Jason for 40 minutes and coming up with a plan for them to visit for walk through so we can get a quote, I didn't hear back for about a week. I called them and the receptionist checked with someone and said they were working on my quote and I'd have it by the next day. Awesome! And then another week goes by and I was thinking I should call them, but instead they called me and said they couldn't help me anymore. It's a brand new build. Couldn't have been any easier. I've got the cash to pay. But nope. They said they didn't have the man power to take on any more work. I wasn't even in a hurry. It could've taken 3 months if they needed. But don't lead me on, tell me I'm getting a quote the next day, and then tell me to kick rocks. Wish it worked out differently. I hope the

Nathan, Eddy, and the team were friendly and did a great job installing our system and educating me on how to use it. Olivia made the process seamless. I now have them on speed dial for the future.
