Needed two yards for a couple sidewalk panels I poured. A whole lot of problems with this company. #1. You can't order concrete in advance or schedule a specific date and time. You have to call between 6-7 am on the day you plan to pour and if they don't have the time, or manpower then you have to call back the following morning and try again. Had to call back 4 days in a row in order to finally get what I needed. #2. The guy who answers the phone is really rude an hateful. Not only is he taking multiple orders at one time, but then I got hung up on twice throughout the order because he's impatient. He thought I was done ordering, and I still had more things on my list. Basically as soon as you give them your card number and the order amount, he hangs up. #3. Driver was super late. T

Poor customer service experience at this organization. While attempting to pre-pay for my order the customer service representative could not tell me how much I owed him. However, he could take my payment. The next day my order was pushed back several times. I can understand taking care of regular customers however, taking money from other customers then delaying several hours without providing clear time guidelines makes this organization difficult to work with.

Called a week in advance to set a delivery date. Rep said “call me the night before and I’ll let you know if I’m booked”. Obviously doesn’t work for job planning purposes. He had no interest in reserving me a spot well in advance. Tag line on the website says small enough to care - obviously not. My 3 yard job was too small for him to reserve. What a joke.

Great quality concrete, great customer/dispatch service...these guys are busy for a reason, you'll be lucky if you can get concrete...Call Early or 1-2 days ahead of time. Funny true story... I called in at 6 AM to TRY to get concrete. Me(a woman): Can you guys serve me 9 inches this morning Dispatch: Uh Ma'am...are you meaning 9 yards All the guys in the office including me burst out laughing. I guess you never know what you'll ask for when trying to order mud that early in the morning. Give Em A Try!!! You won't regret it.

Hands down best experience I’ve had. Footings were poured incredibly quickly and the operator still had time to answer my seven year old’s questions and shape a concrete heart for her and her baby sister to hand print. Great guy, great company.
