Ozark Ready Mix - Platte City

We felt that as customers with small pours we were not valued. Dispatch was typically rude. There was never any communication to say that they were going to be two or four hours late. When we did call to inquire we felt that we were bothering them. We booked over a week in advance to be canceled at the 11th hour. They said they had a lot of drivers not show up that day. I understand that this happens, however, you could apologize and be nice about it. Being rude only makes it worse. I would not recommend this business if you are a small guy trying to get some concrete done. If you are a large company maybe you can pull some strings and get better service. PS: we were cash payers numerous times but did not feel much appreciation.

Rude. Awful service. It is currently 1:35 and we are still waiting on our 9:30am delivery. Would 10/10 NEVER recommend or use them again

Terrible customer service and an unwillingness to help and very rude. I’ll wait for Geiger next time for sure!

On Time every time. Good concrete gets hard and last forever.
