So our electric keeps popping on & off. It did the same thing yesterday morning. I called & was told it's because the cold temperatures combined with everyone getting ready for work at the same time. Fayetteville, AR only has a population of a little over 103,000. Bronx, NY has almost 1 1/2 MILLION people, with everyone getting ready for work at the same time in colder temperatures, & they don't have this problem. This is shear laziness. Why aren't systems up to par with the rest of the country? It's shameful, & not worth the money we pay out every month.

Since I have had the electric it’s been fair for the most part putting in the internet was not great that was a horrible experience and now they decide to trim trees and don’t bother to send notices to let people no there power might be down for a bit wow you no it does make a difference because I have central heating and with it being cold your going to leave me with out power not appreciated!!!!! And was in the middle of cooking dinner and always here the excuse of o it’s a power outage !!!!!no it’s not but and thank you for confusing me with my neighbor and shutting my lights off when my bills are paid on time it took over 3 hours for my lights to be turned back on due to your lack of intelligence and not being knowledgeable on who you were supposed to shut off that day and not checking

Type your card in unless you wanna pay non-negotiable extra fees “implemented by your bank”. A joke, and of course they didn’t mention that until after they increase my bill, but can’t adjust it again? If my bank required the fee pretty sure it would go to them. Do NOT use your bank account number and routing number for payments. Customer service alright but pay directly with card info and save yourself some money. As a broke college student that extra money really matters.
