I am absolutely impressed with their customer service directly and indirectly! Anytime I have talked to anyone that works for them, they have been very personable and friendly. I think it is absolutely awesome that they will pull my trash can (when I forget to put it out) and will put it back every single time! Kevin was awesome! He was very patient with us and understanding. Overall, just very impressed every single time with the customer service!

We have been very happy customers of P/O for the 6 months we've been in the Cody Park area of Cotopaxi/Westcliffe. They never fail to pick up on the appointed days, the pricing is clear cut, their customer service department is easy to work with and knowledgeable, and best of all, they go above and beyond! Today we asked for some extras to be picked up that didn't fit, and were right next to the dumpster. In addition, the extremely nice driver went down our driveway, far from the dumpster and helped us with extra refuse we hadn't gotten to move up yet.

These guys know customer service!!! I called at 2pm on Halloween and needed another dumpster delivered since I decided to clean up the yard and barn. Left the house at 3p. To take kids trick or treating and got home around 6pm and my 2yd was dumped loveseat and recliner was gone and had a 4yd sitting right next to the barn. Outstanding service 👏

my husband and I just moved to Cotopaxi on deer mountain less than a month ago coming from a metro area we did not know much about how trash service worked in this area. After making a few calls I spoke with this company and was very glad I did. I was given all the information I needed and was able to set up trash service at a fair price and was treated exceptionally well the customer service here is exemplary. I would recommend this company highly and will post another review after a few months of service.
