P&H is absolutely the best! Customer service is unmatched and they are incredibly knowledgeable. Put the two together and there’s no reason to go anywhere else. I have been going to P&H for years, and they don’t disappoint.

We live in a 100 year old home with old plumbing fixtures that are almost impossible to find or repair. I have never left this establishment without the item I need or a great work around. They are family owned, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. And why waste time at the hardware store staring at the shelves when you can walk in tell them what you’re working on and they hand you the part.

Don’t bother going on Saturdays. It will be closed until October 7.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Came in looking for an adapter for gas dryer line. Didn’t realize it comes threaded for 1/2 MPT on the OD and 3/8” FPT on the ID. He saved me the headache of trying to find an adapter.
