They used to have plenty of parking. Now nearly the entire garage consists of empty 'valet' parking spaces with friendly pictures of cars being towed. People who have loved ones in the hospital are forced to use the valet service or spend over an hour waiting for a spot, endlessly cruising past rows of unfilled, white outlines. In addition, the posted hours which require payment seemingly bear no resemblance to the actual hours. You may enter through an open gate with time to spare, and by the time you leave be required to pay. When my 80 year old mom tried to ask the friendy, helpful attendant about the unpredictable and inconsistent hours, he snapped at her, stating that the sign indicated the parking was not free. Oh so true, but there seems to be much more to the story that the sign do

Nice parking garage! Pretty clean lot, easy to find and enter/exit.

They treated my dad well, he's still in there and says the food isn't bad at all. The Military Security Guard I was greeted with was extremely Nice, he was located where the hospitals parking garage is where you enter the hospital if you go through garage. This security guard went a little out of his way to help me, all in all it was a good experience given the circumstances. Thank You OU.

We got into the parking lot and found a spot to park very quickly and once inside, there was one individual designated to assist each person as they entered the building. The person asks you right away, where you are headed and tells you exactly where you need to go and how to get there. I was assisting someone that made this extra attention really appreciated.

We have a Ford F250 and the top was so close we went around 1st level and left. Cost was $2. It is conveniently located to hospital.
