DO NOT PARK HERE unless you plan to be fined with any amount the company chooses. No attendants, no signage about pricing, no recourse unless you know exactly how long you wish to park for and not go over the time you paid for. I scanned a QR code from a moveable stand on the corner, inputted my information and paid one hour of parking. Stayed a bit longer and rolled into a second hour but am unable to add time to my original hour paid. Received a fine in the mail for $65. Paying for two hours of parking would have cost $25. There was no clear, visible signage on site about parking terms and pricing. Very deceptive and unfair to customers since no information is provided upfront BEFORE choosing to park on the site. Filed a BBB complaint.

Avoid at all costs! We parked here and paid $25 for 2 hours. We were a few minutes late getting back to our car, and they sent us a bill in the mail for $65! When I disputed the bill I showed proof (a picture of our receipt) that we had paid and admitted we had been a few minutes late. I said I would gladly pay for an extra hour. By the way, there was no warning that our time was out and no way to add more time. They wrote back saying because we had been late we had violated their rules, the dispute was invalid, and we owed them $65. I don’t even know where they are getting that number?! Three hours of parking would have cost $37. So now we owe them $65 on top of the $25 we already paid! I don’t know if a new company owns this lot or what, but we have always parked here when visiting

DO NOT PARK HERE. The people running this place are running illegal activities at this site. LAZ parking and PRRS are using “public parking” name deceptively and is in violation of several city ordinances. They charge you $18 per hour & if you’re even a few minutes late to your car they will send you a bill for $65.00 & claim that you did not pay anything to them at all. Do not pay that bill you can file a dispute & if they still send letters you can sue them for deceptive practices.
