After speaking to several different vendors for our residential outdoor tile patio installation, we decided to go with Pablos Tile Works because of their combination of competitive pricing, experience, and expertise. We couldn't be happier with the results. They expertly installed a membrane and porcelain tile over an uniquely shaped concrete slab in our backyard, added risers to a step area, and installed accent tiles underneath a set of stairs. Raul was extremely communicative and available throughout the process, answered questions quickly so we knew what to expect, and helped us think through our options. Myself and my husband had bought our 1st home (new development) in 2020 and unless you pay a grip of extra money in upgrades on top of what you are already purchasing the house for, you end up with the basic, cheapest flooring that the seller can get away with. The owner and his team at Pablos has very high quality workmanship with years of experience. I have worked with multiple contractors and the owner amazes me with his leadership, excellence in customer service, timeliness, excellent communication. He leads the team with meticulous execution in every process with refinement and attention to details to make sure he delivers the best end products. My experience with his business is for tiling wall around shower/tub. his team took great care in protecting the work areas and took time to clean up properly to customer satisfaction. Pablo’s running a very good crew here especially Juan’s skill is exceptional. As a GC I have worked with a few pro tilers and also used to pride myself as an excellent tiler but Juan’s skill and attention to details is just on another level. Will be looking forward to work with Pablo again in future projects 👍
