Although PAC Contractors has not PERSONALLY performed work for me, I felt compelled to write a review having known the owner for several years. He has always been communicative, professional, and provides great work. The previous reviews from 5+ years ago are due to the previous head of operations; hence, why I felt compelled to write this review for others to know the owner and employees and work provided is of the best quality. Evolving from a remodeling company to a custom home builder and now focusing on custom pool building, serving Central North Carolina.
They did put a roof for us but now when we call because there is a leak, no one is calling us back. We left two messages and no call back yet. So we cannot recommend them for any follow up service.
Great Company to work with. Great Customer Service. They put on a roof for us and I couldn't have been happier.
